Collaborate... Therapy is a collaborative relationship between you and me. Together we’ll establish goals for treatment and work together every step of the way to ensure that your needs are being met. We will look at how your past affects your present and how to address it to grow for your future.
Empower...Liberate yourself from self-limiting beliefs, overwhelming feelings, negative cycles of thought and self-sabotaging behaviors. I’ll help you put yourself back into the driver’s seat of your life to get you into the direction you’d like to go.
Challenge...Start thinking outside the box to identify what you wish to change about your life. Eliminate patterns that no longer serve you and start living your life as the best version of yourself.
